God is in the details, and in communication type is an important detail. Type matters. A lot.

I love playing cards, and I love to learn about typography. Now I can do both at once. ‘A Guide to Typography‘, designed by Caisa Nilaseca, is a deck of cards dressed as lessons in type design. While I’m pretty sure the other guys in my poker group don’t think too much about the anatomy of type, at least now I’ve got something to do when they’re talking baseball.
